Office of State Treasurer staff continue to work remotely

In an effort to ensure the Office of State Treasurer is able to continue to fulfill its statutory and constitutional responsibilities, the majority of our staff continue to work remotely to keep our team and their families safe and healthy during this ongoing pandemic.

The Office of State Treasurer has taken every necessary step to ensure the daily functions of this office will not be interrupted.  Cash management operations, payroll, and tax distributions to our counties, cities, and school districts have gone on uninterrupted, and will continue.  All state agencies can be assured there will be minimal, if any, disruption in the daily work including deposits and check distribution.  The office will continue to have limited in-person availability each day and all members of the team continue to be available via email and telephone.

Office Hours and Availability:

*   In-person office hours are 9-10:30 a.m. daily.  Please limit this to picking up checks or dropping off cash deposits.

*   A drop box outside of the mailroom on ground floor is available to use outside of these hours for all other deposits.

*   Staff is available during regular business hours by phone at 701-328-2643 or via email at
